Privacy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This notice covers the QuestLabs LLC website, questlabs.dev. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and, if you add them, your organization, the product you're asking about, and your message.
How it's used
Your message is sent to us by email so we can read it and reply. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share what you send.
Where it goes
The site doesn't store your message. It's passed straight to Postmark, the service that delivers it to our inbox. Postmark keeps a copy for a limited time under its own retention settings, and we keep the email in our inbox for as long as we need it to deal with your message.
The site is hosted by Google (Firebase). Like any web host, Google keeps short-lived technical records, such as the internet address a request came from, to run and protect the service. To limit abuse of the form, the site briefly counts messages from each internet address, in a scrambled form, and forgets the count about an hour after the last one. Our hosting account keeps Google's records of requests to the contact form, including the internet address and time, for 30 days, then deletes them.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers.
Asking us to delete it
To see or delete what you sent us, email hello@questlabs.dev. We'll reply to confirm once it's done.
Children
The site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
